She has a strong background in establishing businesses and developing strategic frameworks that drive organizational growth and success. With a hands-on approach to launching new initiatives and building sustainable business models, she has helped organizations streamline operations, foster partnerships, and achieve long-term goals.

Her expertise in stakeholder engagement, project management, and policy analysis has been instrumental in consulting for organizations such as the Network of Tax Organisations (NTO), African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF), and the Alliance of Bioversity International & CIAT. She also worked for over 8 years with the Ghana Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors and exited as the Head of Corporate & Industry Operations, where she led the development of strategic partnerships, managed key stakeholder relations, and spearheaded initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across the industry.
