Expert tax and business advice, made accessible.
Who we are
Shauri Consulting Limited is a tax and business advisory firm based in Accra. We were incorporated on 13 April 2023 under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) to give businesses and organisations access to the kind of tax and regulatory expertise usually found inside government agencies and international institutions.
Tax is at the centre of our work: helping clients understand their obligations, file correctly and on time, handle audits and disputes, and plan with confidence. Around that core we provide legal and regulatory advisory, business registration, financial reporting, strategy and HR support, so clients can rely on one firm for the issues that tend to arrive together.

Our approach
Our starting point
We do not start with answers.
We start by understanding your business, your obligations and what you are trying to achieve. Then we give you clear options, a recommendation and the reasoning behind it, and we stay with you through implementation.
Because our partners have worked on the policy and administration side of tax, we can anticipate how authorities are likely to view a position, and help you avoid problems before they start.
Our name
Shauri is the Swahili word for counsel or advice. It describes what we aim to give every client: considered, honest guidance they can act on.
Our symbol is Nea Onnim, from the Akan proverb Nea onnim no sua a, ohu: “When one who does not know learns, one comes to know.”
